Busy spot! I was greeted by more than one salesperson, but my issue needed a manager to address. The store manager, Heather, was such a joy. Friendly, funny, patient. It was just so nice---so refreshing to deal with a professional who acted like she not only cared about my business, but me. Thank you!
Easy transition from At&t , Ken was the sales associate I worked with , I explained what I wanted he didn't try to over sell me something or you know...be pushy lol He was patient when I forgot all my pin #s and had to rest them all

Andy made the transition from Verizon to Tmobile very painless, ended up being a great deal. The other associates were very friendly and quick to answer questions. I would recommend this store to anyone
Never will I return to this Store. Ken is a very arrogant person and very unpleasant to work with. Nothing but attitude from the moment I walked in the store at 8:15pm. I went in to get an upgrade and was unable to due to an issue with a phone claim. Ken claimed that it would take 24-48 hours to fix. At 8:57pm I was told that I would not be able to get a new phone. He just did not want to deal with the issue and sent me on my way because the store was closing at 9pm. I called T-Mobile and got the issue fixed in less than 30 mins (according to Ken it would take 24-48 hours). Goes to show you that he did not want to assist me and just wanted me out of the store. This is not the first time that I receive poor service from this person.
