Very kind and helpful staff , but once I bought a Sphero and the box came empty. Apparently they had apprentices who didn't know the boxes in the middle of the store were empty so people didn't steal them. However, The experienced staff at the desk were very kind and gave us a new one in exchange. All in all, a very helpful store with great products.
