Very professional and knowledgeable in their products and installation. They are also upfront on installation costs too. Other places may seem cheaper, but during installation, they add extra fees and material costs that then add up and can exceed the cost of this place. This place knows and informs you of all the equipment, material, and fees up front. Also have good mannerisms towards their customers and amongst each other too.
One of a kind service... Came in for my first system a few months back, and I walked out with not only beautiful new sound in my car, but a healthy knowledge of how car audio works and how my system in specific fits my car the best. Their warranty service is amazing! I had a bug with one of my speakers and they had me come right on down, not 5 minutes later it was fixed and I’m on my way! Large variety of speakers , amps, subs, all of that. Don’t think I’ll be shopping anywhere else!
My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Sound Craft for over 10 years and can’t say enough wonderful things about their service and product installation. Recently we had an electrical issue in our car that we thought might be related to the car starter-which it wasn’t, and they checked things out in full detail without charging us a dime!
