Absolutely awful and i will never go there again. I waited 30 minutes after i asked to speak to somebody in car electronics. This dope says he'll open a case for me and completely ignores me and keeps working around me.After another 30 minutes this typical sleazy sales person tries to sell me something i didnt want after i told him what i wanted. I dont know how they stay in business, in the meantime tons of sales people just walking around. Do yourself a favor and just go to pc richard and son, this place is a joke. Total waste of time.
