OMG just don't do it. Go anywhere else to get you telephones taken care of. Honestly, if you even have to get Sprint go to another location. This place is a joke and so are the people working there. I have yet to get our mail in rebates and my verizon bill paid off. Now my Verizon bill is in a collection agency because the guy working here said he was going to take care of it. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR!!!!!!! And STILL NOTHING! Just take your business anywhere else but this store. You will only get frustrations and jerked out of more money than you originally agree too!
Felix and the crew here are excellent! I was having problems with a phone and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Never a long wait and the guys won't steer you wrong. The phone was replaced and im a happy camper! Won't go back to any other sprint store now.
Very good customer service. They are dedicated to making my and other customers happy. Jeremy is the best he really knows his stuff about the phones
Have had 2 very awesome visits recently. both for repairs. staff was very friendly and worked together to get my phone repaired, replacement parts ordered, and then repaired again. everytime i go the non service center, they just send me here anyway. the other store is for new accounts only pretty much. this store is for long time sprint customers

Been here few times now, they actually got me to switch all my lines over from verizon. Jeremy is great and very fast , helpful and genuine. All his advice has been great and sohas his work. Mike helped me this last time and he was great too ! Love this store much more personalized attention than the big store up the street.
