Hands down the best AT&T store in CT

I've since gone to a different provider and was treated with kindness and respect. I definitely question the training employees go through at AT&T. Customer service should be their top priority. No name clearly had zero. It was obvious she didn't care and wanted me to leave. I'm not even upset at the fact that they couldn't match what a competitor was offering me for my phone trade or charge me a 45 dollar restocking fee which I paid begrudgingly. It was the fact that no name told me boldly that my business wasn't needed or wanted. Then she had the audacity to tell me to give her a "10" on a survey! Comical! By the way I never did get that survey. Wonder why?

Nothing has changed here except James’ mom wrote him a pizza party review. The attitude and service is terrible. The rep on the phone told me they weren’t on commission, the guy in the store said they were. They gave different answers than I what I was told by regional rep.

Bf activated his phone at providence mall and the guy was a douche but we went to this one at crystal and the guy was so good and chill and helped us and fixed this no service problem he is a god. His name is James I believe. Give this guy a pizza party THIS GOES OUT TO YOU JAMES !!!!!!

Always very rude. Everytime I go in they tell me something different then another ATT. do not recommend.

He laughed when I said I had been a good customer for years, and didn’t understand that the phone gift was only for new customers. I wonder what sort of deal they give former customers. I guess we’ll find out.

This is about my second experience upon returning said new phone. I don't want to mention names because I don't feel it is necessary. However I will refer to this person as "no name". No name told me that she didn't need my business and to go somewhere else. She also told me "we don't need customers because we are doing so well". Really? If you have no customers you have no business. No name bashed Verizon which I thought was tacky and tasteless. So unprofessional. I was treated like I didn't matter and no name had a bad attitude while giving me false information about a competitor. I have been a loyal customer, and did not expect to be treated so badly. No name wouldn't even get her manager when I repeatedly asked her if there was anything they could offer me for my trade. I've since called corporate to file a formal complaint against this store. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth that I am leaving AT&T because of no name. I feel as if I've been abused.

I went in to purchase a new phone and had a great experience with one of the SAs. He was professional and very nice.
