The sales & jewelry quality are GREAT, but the customer service at the Deerbrook Mall location could use great improvement. Every time I'm there, I'm overlooked and I always have to ask for assistance. That's the only way I get someone to help me.

They were the best unroll the were sold now I'm not sure. I have 6k in watches and jewelry was under warranty now there no longer covered and did not find out till I had to take them for repair and was charged. A lot to the tune I took most elsewhere key was to expensive
