$20 to put new battery in watch - typically costs 10-15. Scatched up back of watch because they weren't able to open it professionally. Friendly staff though.
Offered to clean my engagement ring, the jeweler noticed my stone was loose and fixed the prong right there! I would have died if I had lost that diamond. You guys are lifesavers!
Obtained a hard pull of my credit report without my permission even though I paid in CASH. This of course lowered my credit score. I will have to dispute it with experian. This should not be done for any purchase unless you take out some kinda payment plan and even then it is really pushing it, especially for a $300 purchase. The fact they did it for a cash purchase is just ridiculous. Don't shop at this place unless you want a hit on your credit score basically.
