Went in to purchase my fiance a necklace for valentines day. Placed the order in store and was told I would be called when the necklace arrived. I ended up calling them and found out the necklace they ordered had been discontinued the day I bought it. I never got a heads up call or email instead I'm expecting to pick up the gift for our dinner tonight and instead I'm spending my day trying to find something else. The saleswoman was very disrespectful throughout the process and tried to blame me for their error. I've been doing business with them for a few years now and it feels like a snub. I won't be continuing business with them and I strongly suggest the same.

Nobody knew what they were doing there. We made three trips for one ring. We were told something different every time. do not waste your time here. Places in the mall across the street are way more professional.
Made the exact opposite of what I asked for then was told it would be weeks before it could be remade. I will never step my foot in this place ever again
