I believe she should at the least be employee of the Month if not the Year!
If she was there when I picked up my new Reindeer head I would have not only Thanked her but offered to give her a large Tip or gift for being so great.
And I hope her Manager sees this!
But I could tell the type of person and employee she is she would have denied that and said, she was just doing her job.

I give the store 5 stars but 10 stars for a worker there named Angelica! I may spell the name wrong but on the night of 11/29/17 she proved what being a good retail worker and good customer service is all about! Never mind just being a good human.
The story is way to long to type out but after being passed around to 2 other people who seemed confused and not capable of doing their jobs, she got on the phone, Calm, direct, helpful, just NICE.
So, I am not a fan of big box stores, but this one takes the cake. Every time I have been here and needed something from stock that wasn't on the shelves that required a associate to grab from the break out shelves, I have been talked down to or had to wait hours for someone to get it. Do you think I haven't looked on the shelves already or looked how many were in stock on my phone already? To the associates, you do not need to come over mouth-breathing and look over again at the place I just did when I already told you I looked on the lower shelves and it is not there and you have 2 in stock according to the website. Also, to you the consumer, make sure you look everything you are buying over twice before paying. This place is so disorganized and everything is out of it's place. Just go and look in the nut and bolt aisle for a good example. To the managers, get your people to do their job. I shouldn't have to look for people in other departments or have to interrupt your Facebook surfing to get anything done. Sorry to be a bother, not really. Lastly, to the associates one more thing, if a guy tells you he needs something particular...1/2"-13 bolts and you say wood screws will work, you make your selves look like idiots. If another person tells you he doesn't need your help, stop following him, he probably knows more than you. Just because you work at a home improvement store, doesn't mean you know something about home improvement. Finally, to the Master Plumber who told me I should have 3/4" copper piping in my house, and I told you I only have half and then you said, "I just don't know what I looking at..." There is a reason you are working at Home Depot making minimum wage and not working as a plumber. Probably because you don't know what you're doing.
Linda in the flooring department helped me find what I needed. She was great!
She is what every employee should be. She is what every employee should strive to be.
She helped to so much, taking her time even with my awful cell phone reception. She didn't get annoyed she just had more patients. She was so happy and bubbly, and I knew even before she told she had a child that she was a mom just the way she handled herself.

She helped me with a $150 reindeer I bought online drove 50miles (100 total) to pick up, put half together and found the other half (the head) to be broken. Knowing I had to drive another 100 miles to get this new head would normally have pissed me off, I felt calm, and reassured that the night was going to end in well Because Angelica made me feel that way.
They were having cash register computer problems. Seem like they had very little time for me. I just bought the Nexgrill all stainless steel 51 inch Grill. 3 days later it goes on sale for $70 less than I paid for mine. They were so distracted by the computer problem that they had no time for their customers. They finally took my home Depot credit card and said the grill was not on there. Now I'm home and I checked my credit card statement and the grill is on there. I am a quadriplegic and it's very difficult to go to store. This was a total waste of my time. My back hurts so bad when I got home that I didn't move all night.
