Cannot stress enough how horrendous the customer service is. No follow thru, no follow up, poor communication & NOTHING but excuses. Dealings in both commercial and residential projects. With other viable options that offer incredible customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ended up dealing with Win Supply in Essex and they'll have my business from here on out. Terrible service, not homeowner friendly, especially if you need something small like a shower door. Very unprofessional, do not return clients phone calls and transfer you around.
Lousy customer service, bad attitude, slow delivery and mistakes in ordering - I give them a failing grade.
Went in for an aquastat. Instead of being helpful, the guy behind the counter asked" you a liscensed plumber?" I replied "no I am not" and he basically kicked me to the door, as if i was trying to purchase a firearm without a liscense. What a joke, they all think that they are high and mighty sitting behind the cloak of a counter. Rude and unprofessional. Go to Granite Group.
In response to previous review, no it's not really for home owners that's what Home Depot is for down the road. This place is great for plumbers by trade and prices are very good when ordering things in quantity
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered supplies from FW Webb for my bathroom remodel. When the construction date neared we found out the tub and vanity would not be available in timely fashion. We pushed the start date back a whole month. The tub arrived in the wrong size. It took a week to get another tub -this one was cracked -FW Webb did not check it prior to delivering it - we only found out with the plumber here ready to work. The vanity was not delivered -calls to FW Webb to find out what had happened were unanswered. Finally I got someone covering for the FW employee I had dealt with -they seemed very reluctant to cover for their co-worker, even though she would be out for several days. They refused to call to check on the vanity stating they could not get it here any sooner even if they called -didn't even want to check on it. Once my contractor got pissed he went to FW Webb and found the vanity was in their warehouse all along -no one bothered to check.
