I received the help I needed at the front desk. I was very happy to see that they have employed a person who appears to be on the autism spectrum. Even with his little 'quirks', (which I say lovingly; having a 24 yo son w/ Autism myself) he served me efficiently, politely, correctly and with a smile! Also, I'd asked the gentleman in the appliance Dept. to point me in the direction of the water purifiers for refrigerators, bc he was w/ another customer. He came to assist me when he had finished helping her. He had a great personality, and was very helpful in explaining the difference in products to me. I was in store around 10:30am, today. I wish I had taken notice of their names, as they should both be recognized for doing their jobs well and with kindness. The man in appliances did say he had been in the Military and was attending ECSU. Not his fault...he was very nice and I like to talk
Lowes is always my go to for home improvement and maintenance needs. Way easier to find what you need than when you are in home depot.
Great experience. Found an employee right away who helped find a flat cart, offered to load the heavy purchase, put it into my car and brought the cart back in. That's great service that's not always expected at the big stores. Thank you !
