My daughter loves to come and look at some of the toys that she can't find at our local Walmart.
Good selection of toys. The store is old and dated. The staff is hard to find when you need help. Toys r us is not what it use to be. For all of you who have children do not let them use the restrooms. They are always dirt. There is always some kind for inappropriate writing on the walls. Told a manager and felt lime they didnt care. Sad that toys r us has no care for this store. Wish they would update and make it more friendly.
A great place for kids. This store supports our toy drive at Cohanzie every year.
Very clean star. Customer service was superb. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Staff was also very knowledgeable about their products that they sell. Restroom was up to the highest standards of cleanliness. Would recommend it for any family to go with young children. Or quick stop for Mom and Dad or any member of the family for a gift for the wonderful child in your life.
The staff was horrible Courtney the Supervisor and her other colleagues Was very rude they call the cops on us because she did not what to honor 3 of my items that was in the wrong spot. And she told us when we come back in the issue in that price matching or and of ours ever again. I feel like that's not her place to say that because That's a personal preference and not corporate policy. If you're African American don't look for a price match at that store only if you are Caucasian.
