Unprofessional, sold me a broken product and refused to replace it. Acted as if I were waiting their time. Recommend avoiding this place and ordering online.
They sell broken video games, controllers, etc. and don't do returns. Scam artists essentially. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Terrible customer service. Zero day return policy so if something in a sealed box doesnt work youre s.o.l. Emloyees proved to be useless when attempting to return something that didn't work from day one. Wouldnt offer a future discount or even a store credit. If 0 stars were possible would have picked that.
I purchased a remote from them and it turned out to be broken. They wouldn't let me return it because I didn't have a receipt. (They didnt give me one) #feelsbadman
