Deserve no stars. Extremely rude associates!!!! Go elsewhere. Worst service. Unwilling to help a tenant. I advise you find a different facility. Woman with accent needs to be fired!
I reserved a truck and 2 days later when i went to pick it up at 9am when they claim to be open i had to sit there for 20mins until the employee showed up. Then i was informed that my reservation had been moved to Groton without getting a phone call or anything. Very unprofessional office. I do ot recommend anyone using this location.
A tad over priced I feel but over all good.
A perfectly serviceable storage location for short or long term. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are capable. Rates seem reasonable.
I would recommend this facility to my friends and family. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office and storage units are clean, and seem to be well organized. They even found us a Uhaul truck on short notice! Great place!
