I ever need a cleaning crew or dumpster, I will definitely call them first and will recommend them to my friends.
One other thing needs to be noted. This was a traumatic time for my friend, but Kim's professionalism and respectful manner made this difficult experience about as gentle as it could be. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for that.
It took over a week to schedule and the communication was absolutely rude and sparse. Tony would tell me he would call me later in afternoon, then not call, and I had to keep texting him to confirm time and day and he would change. Tony had the most negative attitude about discussing my needs, and when they finally showed, after I said I would go somewhere else because so difficult, he was rude and wanted to charge me double the price stated on site by overestimating the size and additional cost for mattresses, tv's and fridge. I did not do business with them and would not recommend. I called because of prior reviews but now think they must erase all the real reviews and write their own.

Sometimes a company impresses more when they don't take your business. I recently had just such an experience with this wonderful company. I naively thought that all that was needed to make a friend's home safe again after it had been seriously neglected and damaged through excessive hoarding was tossing out the garbage that had been amassed over many years. Owner Kim Lowe explained that her crew would happily take the job, (at a cost of many thousands of dollars) but in her professional opinion, it would still need many tens of thousands of dollars more in extermination costs, appliance replacement, fixing the utilities, and a host of other repair costs before it would be habitable again. Under the circumstances, this was not an optimal solution. She knew what we did not and she made sure we understood what we were up against. I'm very grateful that Lowe Carting and Recycling did not take advantage of a vulnerable senior, and helped us realize that we needed to come up with a better solution.
