The woman answering your phones decided to respond to my call regarding the time of an appointment by stating, "Well, there's nothing here so the answer would be NO." and then realized she had made a mistake and wasn't looking in the right area for my appointment.
It's a shame that that will be the memory I have of my interaction with this business as a result.
A little disappointed today . After 25 plus years they came and removed the sentricon system. I did not renew this season because it seems that activity always seems to be found the 1st time in the beginning of the year then no activity is found after that. Asked for the manager to call me which he never did , I did say I would renew next year. She said they would have to remove the system because they are charged for each station .,,, again I asked for the manager to call me to advise, after the system is removed I have to pay for an installation again . Ironic that the find activity just before renewal.
I have been having a flea issue in my apartment and wanted to shop around for pricing. I was comparing companies to work with and this company scheduled a free inspection for me. The Branch Manager Mike Serencko came out to my apartment and was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel better after the inspection by calming my worries, reassuring me and his attitude was so positive. This is a fantastic company to go with with fair pricing and I highly recommend their staff! Again, the branch manager was an absolute delight. He let me explain myself and did a thorough inspection of the apartment! Best around!!!
