I went with a friend the day they had a power outage ,which was about a week ago. I had been there one other time and since it's a hairdresser in Walmart, I didn't expect the best service to begin with, I didn't expect such a grouchy, rde, unfriendly person to be alone at the shop with customers. She talked about how she hated blow dry people's hair if it was long or thick because it took so much time and in one hour she could do for haircuts and earn $14 a haircut. She was all about the money nothing about the quality. She never smiled; she wasn't friendly; she wasn't sweet or nice- very rude. I know it's my own fault for staying. But my friend was shopping and was going to join me for a hair cut herself. We both had a very bad day , and we just wanted to do something pampering for ourselves, so I thought if I was really nice to this girl she might be nice to my friend. She was nicer to my friend and she was to me, but to have to build someone up just to be decent is wrong. And the worst part was I paid $15 extra for a blow-dry, and she did a horrible job. It was flat and liveless, the opposite of what my hair usually looks like when it's blow-dried. She also did a horrible job on my friends bangs. I will never go there again. I can't imagine a shop owner employing such a dispassionate, uncaring employee.
