Been going here since their doors opened. I have never had a "bad" experience and have always been impressed with the number of humans that actually work there. Very informative, helpful, courteous, professional, efficient, and you get my drift . . . it's run in an "old-fashioned" way to say customers come first.
Had my passport picture taken there. Sent the picture in with passport application which was returned because I had on eyeglasses in the picture- which isn't allowed. Now I need to go have my pictures redone. Don't you think AAA would know the requirements since they are offering this service.! Waste of my time and money and now my passport will be delayed even longer!
Such a friendly staff, my fiancé and I have come here twice to book our trips to Universal Orlando and Maureen (I believe that's her name) has helped us get a good deal and find the perfect flights, car services and rooms without over spending. Makes it easy to plan a vacation and not worry about if you forgot to book anything!
Such a treat compared to DMV! Wow this place is awesome. Friendly, professional staff were very helpful. Very satisfied!
I'd give this place a zero but you can't. They have zero sense of urgency and there is no line for people just picking something up vs waiting for DMV renewals. Unlike my local AAA which has separate lines. I had to wait 30 mins to just grab my mystic aquarium passes. Such a waste of time!! Also no one EVER answer their phone lines here. I'd avoid this place if possible!
