I called for a cab & was told it would be arriving in 20 minutes. It never came. I called again & they said 15 minutes. That one never came. So I called again, got put on hold for 5 minutes & was told I needed to wait an HOUR for a cab I had been waiting 40 minutes for & then was rudely hung up on twice. I never really use Yellow Cab but now I know its Harry's isn't available then I guess I'll stay where I'm at.
Has work at 8am, called at 6:45 am, nothing. Worst cab company..switched over to Uber more dependable
They have made me late for work multiple times. No matter if I call 1 hour or 2 hours ahead they're never they're on time. It's always oh he'll be there in ten minutes or my order was lost. No wonder uber is making a killing. It's half the price and you're guaranteed on time. Not to mention they make sure to cater to both the customer and the driver. If I had the option of taking an uber over yellow cab, I'd choose uber any day. The only thing they've got going for them is the personality of their drivers; beyond some of the best.
