I have to pick up my package because they are scared to come to my neighborhood... Really? FedEx comes with no problem
I had to call an international(?) number and could not connect to the local branch to correct the measure.
Computers were down. Long lines and one lady working alone. Not a good experience.
Just left waterford UPS. Still carrying my package. So the 23 Dec is Pick Up only !! NO Shipping ! Aren’t they a Shipping Company !! I had no expectation of this package being delivered before Christmas. I just wanted to mail it. I think they might have used some advertising $$ to announce that they don’t ship 2 days before Christmas. Back to the USPS on Monday

So I ordered something through amazon that was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday June 21st, however the package got to the store and they held it there for no reason. I called and they said it was going to be out for delivery next day , Thursday June 22nd. Since I never got the package I called again the same day, and they said that I requested the package to be held at the store which obviously is not true. These people are very unprofessional, the reason why I order things online is because I do not want to go out to buy them, why would I want a "16 dollars " water bottle to be held at your store. Also, around three months ago, a watch that was sent to me from T mobile as a warranty exchange , got lost. I never signed for it because I wasn't home, and T mobile never got the watch back so they tried to charge me for it. It's very frustrating that us "customers" have to deal with such incompetent employees and poor customer service.

I had a parcel scanned "delivered" to my address with accurate location information, but the parcel was not there. We had a fresh blanket of snow so there was not even evidence of any vehicle entering the driveway. (I live in one of three apartments and we have a parking lot ) nor any footprints up the outdoor stairs leading to my patio.
