Great experience from the time I walked into the store, up to the delivery & set-up of my new mattress & box spring today. Kim the salesperson was super, as was Tim, the store manager. Particularly impressive was the delivery, something I always worry-about due to past bad experiences with other merchants. The delivery team was exactly on-time, professional & cordial, were very-careful in my home, took my old mattress & box spring, and even wore paper booties so-as not to get anything on my carpet/floors. Def. a 5-Star purchase for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
