Have been in here a few times when shipping things but had an unpleasant phone call this morning as I was looking for some solutions regarding packages that were shipped to us at work by mistake. The address was ours but we did not order them. No helpful resources at all, unprofessional customer service even if i " have the wrong place". I politely asked my question to try and find some sort of resolution to getting these packages to who they belong to. Must be a common thing that happens here but that is no excuse to be unprofessional over the phone. When working for a business, whether you like it or not, you are a representation of them and UPS, your employee has not upheld a good one for you today.
