We were charged for iced water here, which contradicts with what other Starbucks shops do. Starbucks is a company I love, but not this location. You cant also use the gold membership in this store.
An absolutely great Starbucks. Great managers and great employees. I always feel welcomed.
I was delighted to find them in the mall, because my young daughter loves visiting the play place. However, they do not allow you to redeem your Starbucks rewards bc they are technically owned and operated by Simons, and they are not a corporate Starbucks. Also, their coffee can be hit or miss depending on who is working. The staff is always very friendly and prompt.
Well it says on here that its open till 7 when it's actually open till 6 on Sundays which pissed me off because I came all the way here for my aunt and someone was still in there and he said they close at 6 in a very prick way. So one star for me!!!!
