This Panera is so accommodating to dietary requirements and are happy to help you with your order! They know the ingredients of their food, which is always timely served and fresh. Would 100% recommend.
Clean. Quick friendly service. Popular location so there's usually a line but it moves pretty quick; about a 5 min wait regularly.
Very clean and calm environment. The food is fast and delicious.
Poor customer service at the Waterford location. I called to place an order over the phone and was told I would have to wait 10-15 before I could place my order (they had to take all the orders for people in line first) and it would be 40 minutes until I could pick up my food. I asked for the manager and was told I was speaking with one. I hung up and called the Groton location and was able to place my order immediately and pick up within 10 minutes.
Would rate the food and atmosphere a 5...wait time was crazy...BUT busy is good so I get it!
